Ashley has over 20+ years of soccer experience at the highest levels, having held a number of positions within the game as an MLS 1st team scout, Elite level coach, Club Director, Academy Director, and Goalkeeper coach.

Leigh Rumbold

Leigh brings a wealth of soccer knowledge, having played in a 3 different countries with over 250 appearances in the English Leagues. Leigh was also voted Michigan Women's HS Coach of the year in 2025.

Phil O'Kennedy

Phil brings a wealth of soccer knowledge, having worked in high level organization across the USA and Ireland, including the Chicago Fire and LA Galaxy. Phil also played soccer in his native Ireland before moving to the USA for coaching.​​

Jaylen Bonilla

Jaylen has a long soccer history, playing at a number of different levels of the game, including at the collegiate, national futsal, and academy levels. He was also voted in as the Vice president of the Grand Valley State men's soccer club.

Damian has a huge portfolio of work seen on a national scale working as a brand manager and manager of digital content. He is also heavily involved in the soccer world as a former collegiate and PDL player as well as a youth coach in the midwest

Ken Shingledecker

Ken has over 20+ years of experience coaching at a variety of levels, including youth, high school, and college. Ken is currently the head coach of both boys and girls at Livonia Stevenson High School and the Women's Head Coach at Schoolcraft College.
