E14s Recovery & Game Intelligence Program

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

E14’s Recovery and Game Intelligence program is designed to support players through the recovery process while continuing their overall development. Sessions include targeted strength work and recovery-based plyometric exercises to safely rebuild movement, stability, and athletic confidence.

Players also engage in in-game virtual reality training scenarios that allow them to continue developing their decision-making, awareness, and understanding of the game while they are unable to fully participate in traditional training.

Throughout the recovery process, we also work closely with players to plan their return to play, helping them set clear goals and prepare for a smooth transition back into full training and competition.

This program is designed for players who are currently recovering from injury or working toward a safe return to full training and competition.

It is ideal for players who:

• Are returning from injury and need structured strength and movement training
• Want to rebuild confidence and physical readiness before returning to team training
• Are unable to fully train but want to continue developing their understanding of the game
• Want guidance and a clear plan for returning to play safely and effectively
