Refund Policy

E14 will issue full refunds for any requests 5 days prior to the start of their camps. Refunds after that time will be considered due to special circumstances but will incur administration and business costs.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

E14 Camp is not responsible for time lost during the camp due to inclement weather.  No refunds will be issued except for full cancellations of the camp.  Note that we do not have access to facilities outside of our scheduled events. 

 

Inclement weather during camp will be assessed and addressed accordingly in line with Park District and state regulations. If the inclement weather continues the camp directors will make a final decision and update parents in a timely manner.
